Requirements for CompTIA Authorized Service Center Status

CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center:

1. Minimum of 50 percent of technical staff must be CompTIA A+ certified.
2. Annual fee required.

CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center Gold:

1. 100 percent of applicable technical staff must be CompTIA A+ certified
2. 100 percent of technical staff must complete CompTIA's Customer Service Skills Accreditation. [Note: Participants have 90 days from the time the application is submitted to complete this requirement.]
